The AQ Family of products by XCSpec is an innovative platform designed to support the re-opening of classrooms and offices with added air quality measurement and ventilation controls. The TstatPro continuously measures CO2 levels and presents this air quality information on the TstatPro. The TstatPro Smart Occupancy learning algorithm uses this CO2 information to change thermostat climate control settings to OCCUPIED from UNOCCUPIED when sensing higher level of CO2. If the classroom is occupied after hours the thermostat will continue the occupied settings – no requirement to schedule use ahead of time. An OCCUPANCY override button is available to force the thermostat to occupied settings. At-A-Glance indicators provide easy viewing from across the room. Upgrade to controls for additional Fresh Air Intake and Stale Air Exhaust ventilation controls.

The AQ TstatPro can be upgraded to support wireless zone based CO2 and temperature control. Up to 4 remote CO2 and temperature units can be congured to communicate with the TstatPro. TstatPro can average or weight the temperature inputs used to
control the HVAC system. TstatPro can use weighted inputs or the highest CO2 P from all devices to control the DCV output.
Upgrade to Ventilation Controls
AQ Controls adds advanced control over an outdoor air damper and power exhaust variable speed fan. Patented technology supports pressure measurements WITHOUT tubes. The AQ Controller is plug and play with a Belimo® ZIP® economizer controller or stand alone to work with other economizers, air handlers or directly with actuators. Wirelessly received CO2 and pressure data from AQ indoor units is used by the control algorithms.
